Warranty/Refunds

Items are described as accurately as possible on the website. Bec Andersen does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product purchased is not as described, please return it in unused condition within 30 days.

All goods are made by hand with the utmost care, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact via email within 30 days to organise an exchange or return.

Exchanges and refunds are given on return of goods in original condition and credited to your nominated account.

Damaged goods will be replaced upon photographic proof of damage within a 30 day period.

Postage charges are non-refundable. Return postage is at expense of the customer

Shipping is Australia Wide. Flat Shipping rate of $12.00 per order. Orders of $150 or more receive free shipping.

Cancellations

Please understand that when you book a workshop you are holding a space and preventing someone else from booking. Workshops are priced with value in mind, therefore last minute cancellations are non-refundable.

If circumstances change or something pops up you may request to transfer your booking to a friend. Please provide via email their Name, Address and Phone number in advance.

If you advise of your cancellation with 14 days notice and the space is able to be filled you may receive a refund less 20% booking fee, otherwise you may transfer to another workshop or receive a gift certificate for the full value of the ticket.

Covid Restrictions and Workshops

All precautions are being taken for the well being of all and the situation is being monitored closely. Your health and safety is a priority. All recommended guidelines are being followed and studio guests are asked to do the same. Should any updated restrictions require postponement of a workshop, your ticket will be moved to a rescheduled date. If this date is not suitable a full refund will be applied.

Please observe physical distancing , use hand sanitizer and stay at home if unwell.

Please do not attend if you:

  1. are suffering from flu-like symptoms or are unwell,
  2. have been in contact with a case of COVID-19 (coronavirus),
  3. have been overseas in the past two weeks (you are required to be in self-isolation)
  4. have been in a COVID-19 hot spot in the past 14 days
